If you're paid every two weeks, two months of 2028 will bring a third paycheck. Which two depends on just two things: the weekday you're paid and which of the two biweekly "cycles" you're on.

Why holiday paydays change the answer
2028 is a leap year (366 days), which shifts the pattern compared with 2027. No 2028 bank holiday falls on a Friday, so Friday paydays never move. Monday schedules are affected most (MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth on June 19, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Christmas on December 25 are all Mondays) and Tuesday schedules lose July 4; those are adjusted in the table.
