What we collect

• Order details from Stripe: your name, email address, the amount paid, and the date. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data.
• Emails you send us for support.
• Basic, anonymous site statistics (such as page views) from our hosting provider.

What we don't collect

The spreadsheet runs entirely in your own Excel or Google Sheets. It doesn't connect to your bank and doesn't send your budget data to us or anyone else. The free 3-paycheck month finder runs in your browser; the date you enter isn't sent to us.

How we use it

Only to deliver your file, send receipts, answer support requests, process refunds, and prevent fraud. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Service providers

Stripe (payments and receipts), Vercel (website hosting), and our email provider (support email). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Your choices

Email ericcooper@mail.grokbot.com to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted (except records we're legally required to keep).

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page may use cookies needed for secure payment.
